The ultimate aim is a company which has changed
the way it operates for better results. Our Business Transformation
service is a two-stage procedure, which begins with analysis and
design of a business transformation plan and is followed by an implementation
phase, which puts the design into action.
PHASE 1: ANALYSIS & DESIGN
Through company diagnostics and deriving conclusions about factors
underlying value deterioration, we draw up business transformation
plans by addressing three critical components:
A new profit model spans all functional units of the firm
and aims to improve its financial performance as soon as possible.
We develop a new pricing model, a cost management plan and a productivity
improvement program all geared towards sustained profits.
A new growth model defines a path for the firm to secure
superior revenue growth and market share development. The short
term aim is to trigger an upturn in revenue trends, while the long
term aims at winning market share and addresses the company's growth
strategy during the next three-five years.
A new governance model specifies mechanics to achieve both
profitability and growth through people in the organization. Here,
we redesign the company structure, redefine priorities for management
and develop the mode to reassert efficient control over critical
units and processes in the organization.
PHASE 2: IMPLEMENTATION
The Implementation phase puts all of the frameworks developed at
the previous stage into action to begin the remolding of the client
firm. This consists of two channels, which have been planned at
the bridge phase.
Functional re-engineering addresses issues, which significantly
improve functional unit productivity and reduce costs along the
firm's value chain. We assign a group of change agents, who re-engineer
functions in the client firm to deliver positive and tangible results.
Organizational transformation deals with implementation
of the governance model and the firm's growth strategy. Here, we
help the client restructure the organization and functional units
as well as defining new roles for functional leaders. These changes
might otherwise negatively affect business but we implement seamless
algorithms, which mitigate any negative impact on the organization
and its people.
